Sweater Talk

On the evening of Spokane's first snow, after a few "classic Californian" faux pas, Meg and I realized we were incredibly unprepared for winter.  So, we embarked on a journey to search for cozy sweaters. With our nearly empty pockets in mind, we found ourselves making a practical choice. Foregoing the urge to binge at Nordstrom, we indulged in a thrifty trip to Value Village! Such success was found sifting through the racks of men's sweaters, that we came to a realization: We could both stay cute and stay warm by buying our winter clothes exclusively from thrift stores. This challenge proved to be infectious and thus, the Secondhand Sweater blog was born. This is a tale of friends sharing a devotion for thrifting, style, and not freezing. Here's to a winter full of fun and sometimes horridly delightful secondhand sweaters!
